o Mentorship and networking opportunities with Greensboro leaders.
o Opportunities to experience and explore Greensboro as a young working professional. Plus social activities with the Fellows cohort.
The application process has two steps:
Housing is not provided, which means Fellows are responsible for securing housing in Greensboro for the duration of the internship/Fellows Program.
This depends on which internship you have – please review each internship posting for more information on transportation needs.
Yes! Our goal with the Fellows Program is to offer college students a 10-week program with high-quality, local, paid internships. We have secured internship opportunities that will provide you with paid high-touch industry experience. Now you might be wondering how much each internship pays…payment varies – see internship descriptions for details.
As a Fellow, you are in the cohort with other local college students (36 students were in the 2016 cohort and 53 students were in the 2017 cohort). The Fellows Program Director will implement professional development opportunities throughout the summer, as well as community events throughout Greensboro. Greensboro has so much to offer to community members, and as a Fellow, the opportunities will be even easier to access and experience.
Action Greensboro and the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce are Equal Opportunity Employers and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply for the Campus Greensboro Fellows Program.
